Table of Contents
Online dating service accounts on this shelf are user profiles on dating services: you receive the login details, and how the profile was registered and what is verified in it is stated on the lot's card. The service behind a lot is named in its title, so everything below uses a live example — the lot "Account Mamba (Wamba.com) Female · Full Verification (email + phone) · Manually Registered · Mobile IP MIX GEO". This page is not about getting replies. It explains what exactly is verified, how access works, and which service rules and warranty terms limit how the profile can be used. The shelf belongs to the other services section of the NPPR TEAM SHOP marketplace: products here are listed by vetted sellers, and the marketplace does not produce accounts itself.
A dating service profile: what the lot actually gives you
The service is named in the lot title
This shelf is dedicated to dating service accounts, and the specific service is stated in the lot title. Start there: every service has its own rules for registration, verification and moderation, and experience with one does not carry over to another. In our example the service is Mamba, with Wamba.com given next to it in brackets. Every rule discussed below applies to Mamba and has been checked against its license agreement and interface texts. If you pick a lot for a different service, read that service's rules before you buy the account.
Here is what stands behind the wording of the lot and how it plays out in practice.
| Card field | What it says | What it means for you |
|---|
| Platform | Mamba / Wamba.com | Registration, moderation and restrictions happen on Mamba's side, under its rules |
| Profile gender | Female | A profile field set at registration |
| Verification status | Email + phone verified | The service confirmed the address and number given at registration; neither the mailbox nor the number is handed over |
| Registration | Manually registered, on real devices | A person created the profile, not a script; this describes how it was made, not protection from restrictions |
| GEO/IP at signup | MIX Geo, mobile IP | The field names no single registration country |
| Profile completeness | Basic (editable) | The name and profile details can be changed within the service's rules |
| Account Format | email:password:url | Login, password and link, explained below |
What the lot does not include
What the lot leaves out matters just as much. Some of it the card states directly; the rest follows from the delivery format and from what the lot does not claim. These points shape how you handle the profile:
- access to the mailbox: "There is no mail in the package", so the address works only as a login;
- the linked phone number: it is not part of the delivery format, and the card does not say who controls it now;
- photo verification: on Mamba this is a separate procedure based on face analysis, and the lot does not claim it;
- any promise about replies, matches or search results: the card explicitly places them outside the warranty.
How Mamba confirms the email and the phone number
The service confirms an email address with a message: a link is sent to the address given at registration, and confirmation means that link was followed. A phone number is confirmed with a code sent by SMS or through a call. Both steps were completed before delivery, and after you log in their status is visible in the profile verification section. "Full" in the lot title means exactly the email plus phone pair. Mamba has other ways to verify a profile as well, through external accounts and by photo, but the lot does not promise them.
The linked email and phone are not yours
The confirmed contacts are the ones given at registration, and they do not belong to the buyer. Under its agreement, Mamba uses the email and phone number in the account to reach its holder: notifications, emails and text messages go there. The consequence is simple: you will not see the service's emails or SMS. And any action the service confirms through the linked email or phone runs into contacts you have no access to. The agreement also obliges users to confirm their credentials and other data when the service asks, which may not work with contacts that are not yours.
If the password is lost: where recovery goes
To recover a password, Mamba asks for the email or phone number given at registration and sends a new password or a reset link there. For a purchased profile, both channels lead to someone else's contacts.
| Recovery method | How it works | What it means for a purchased profile |
|---|
| By email | A new password or a reset link goes to the registration address | The mailbox is not included: the email goes to whoever has access to it |
| By phone number | A new password goes to the linked number | The number is not in the delivery: whoever holds it gets the new password |
| Through an external account | Works if that method was used at registration or verification | The lot states only email and phone, so do not count on this route |
| Through the service's support | Claims about an account are considered only if its owner can be established | Without access to the profile's contacts, showing that you are the owner is hard |
The Mamba web version has an email change option: the service asks for the new address and the account password, and sends the confirmation link to the new mailbox. That moves email recovery to your own address; the linked phone number stays as it was. The decision and the risk here are yours: changes made after the first login are not covered by the warranty.
Important. Under its agreement, Mamba is not liable if a user loses access to an account, including because of a lost password. While the email and phone in the profile belong to someone else, a lost password almost certainly means a lost profile, and the warranty does not cover that case.
The delivery fields and what each one holds
The data arrives as a single line with the fields separated by colons. Here is what each field contains and what to check when you receive it.
| Field | What it is | What to check |
|---|
| email | The email address linked to the profile; on Mamba it serves as the login | That you can sign in with it; the mailbox password is not provided |
| password | The password for the profile on the service, not for the mailbox | That the password works right away, without recovery prompts |
| url | A link included in the delivery; the card does not spell this field out | Where the link leads; if it is a profile address, that it matches the profile you signed in to |
First login and the password: what to do right away
The first login is the moment when an access problem can still turn out to be a warranty case. Check, in this order:
- the login and password are accepted without recovery;
- the profile opens with no block notice;
- the profile verification section shows the email and phone as confirmed;
- the gender and profile completeness match the card;
- the link from the delivery, if it is a profile address, leads to this same profile.
If something does not match, change nothing in the profile and contact marketplace support right away. If everything checks out, think about the password: whoever registered the profile knows it too. You can change it in the settings — the service asks for the current password and a new one, and rejects options that are too simple or too common. Mamba's agreement requires users to protect their accounts from third-party access themselves, including making sure the password is not saved in the browser on a device other people use. Store the new password in a password manager straight away. Keep in mind that changing the password does not switch off recovery: a new password can still be requested through the linked email and phone, and whoever has access to them will receive it.
Geo and IP: why search results and access depend on your connection
Location-based search and MIX GEO
The card states outright that search results align with the IP you use, and recommends logging in from clean IPs of your target country for proper search localization. That is the card's recommendation, not a promise of results: the card does not treat unmet search expectations as a warranty case.
The lot title and the GEO field say: MIX GEO, mobile IP. The profiles were registered over mobile internet, and neither the title nor the GEO field names a single registration country. If the registration country matters to you, check it with marketplace support before buying.
Why Mamba restricts an IP address or a device
Mamba can restrict access not to a profile but to an IP address or a device, and its notice says plainly that the profile itself is fine in that case. The service lists the reasons itself:
| Reason for an IP or device restriction | What it means in practice |
|---|
| Commercial offers or spam were sent from the address | Someone else's mailing from a shared address locks you out too |
| Rude, offensive or suspicious messages were sent from the address | Systematic rudeness is also a reason to block the profile itself |
| The natural rate of profile views or messages sent was exceeded | The rate of actions can itself be a reason for a restriction |
| Attempts to break into profiles are suspected | If someone tried to sign in to other people's profiles through the address, your login gets restricted as well |
| The device's IP address is being masked | This is an IP-block reason: connecting through an intermediary can in itself lead to a restriction |
The service also warns that a block may have been triggered by network neighbours who go online from the same address. The card does not say what counts as a "clean" IP, and masking the address is itself one of the listed block reasons: no choice of connection rules out restrictions. The card excludes logins from low-quality IPs from the warranty, so the consequences of how you connect are yours.
Mamba rules: what gets a profile restricted
Profile data and photos must belong to the person using it
Mamba's license agreement requires users to provide accurate information and prohibits entering knowingly false details or someone else's data, both at registration and later. You may not post, as your own photo, images of other people without their consent, fictional characters, animals, objects or abstract images. The photo upload rules add rejection for pictures without a face, group shots, edited photos, other people's photos and advertising. Separate rules concern the account itself: the agreement assumes one profile per person, used by that person rather than by a group of people or an organization. The card allows you to change the name and profile details, and the service's rules require the data in the profile to be accurate and to belong to the person using it.
The agreement defines spam as mass mailing of commercial, political, advertising and other information, including hyperlinks to websites with such information, in messages, comments, posts and on user pages. The "About me" text may not contain contacts, links to other websites, commercial offers or begging, and contacts, links and advertising are prohibited in the workplace and job title fields. Among the reasons for blocking a profile, the service names offers of commercial services, begging and fraudulent actions outright. The service may also restrict access after substantiated complaints from other users about improper or unlawful behaviour, and such restrictions after purchase are not replaced either.
Bots, scripts and mass actions
Without Mamba's consent, the agreement prohibits automated scripts — programs, bots, crawlers — for collecting information and interacting with the service, and it prohibits outright any software that changes the service's commands, scripts or applications. The card, for its part, excludes automation and mass actions from the warranty. In other words, the profile is meant for manual use by one person. The summary table shows how the service's rules line up with the warranty exclusions.
| Mamba rule | Where it is written | What the card says |
|---|
| Accurate data, nobody else's details | License agreement | A block after purchase is not replaced |
| Your own photo, no other people's images and no advertising | Agreement and photo upload rules | Photo-related restrictions after purchase are not replaced |
| One account per person, not for a group or an organization | License agreement | Restrictions after purchase are not replaced |
| No spam, advertising, contacts or links in the profile | Agreement and profile field rules | Restrictions for spam or advertising after purchase are not replaced |
| No bots, scripts or software that changes how the service works | License agreement | Automation and mass actions are not replaced |
Important. Under its agreement, Mamba may suspend access or delete an account at any time without notice and without giving reasons, including for a single violation, and it is not obliged to present evidence of the violation. The card treats such restrictions after purchase as cases with no replacement.
What the warranty on the profile covers
Replacement before the first login, risk after it
A replacement under the card applies if there were access problems caused by the seller before the first login, or if the credentials did not work even before the purchase. Both cases show up at the first login right after delivery, and the warranty period is limited, so there is no point in putting the login off. The card lists the exclusions just as directly:
- any limits or bans after purchase;
- automation and mass actions;
- logins from low-quality IPs;
- attempts to bypass platform rules;
- unmet expectations about reply speed, matches and search.
The last point captures what the product is: the lot is access to a registered and verified profile, not the outcome of using it. Mamba itself provides the service "as is" and promises no specific results. Any account from the secondary market carries a risk of restrictions up to a block, and neither the seller nor the marketplace can rule it out.
Seller, marketplace, service and buyer: who decides what
Each party to the deal has its own role, and that determines who to turn to with a question.
| Party | Responsible for |
|---|
| Seller | Registering and verifying the profile, working login details at the time of sale |
| Marketplace | Admitting vetted sellers, overseeing warranty obligations, supporting the buyer |
| Mamba | Moderation, restrictions and account deletion under its own rules, with no duty to explain the reasons |
| Buyer | Actions with the profile after the first login, the choice of connection and the consequences of those decisions |
